Day 58 of 108 Consecutive Days of Yoga Practice

Today's Photo and Inspiration; Andrea Davis Ferndale Michigan

"I practice yoga for one reason only. Sanity. Adulting is straight up hard. You consistently have to be your own boss. Eat properly, get enough sleep, buy groceries, do laundry, go to school, go to work, pay your bills, schedule regular check ups... After all that, it is such a relief to go into a quiet room and simply surrender to 90 minutes of no responsibility, no thinking, just movement and breath. It's my time to dedicate to myself, clear all my thoughts and let everything go." Andrea
