My yoga journey is constantly changing. It adapts along with my life journey but it is always with me. 

"Yoga has helped me in so many ways, physically, mentally, emotionally. Through the pregnancy and birth of my 2 children. With stress, depression, pain... the list is long. Yoga is always there for me- like the most loyal, kind and caring best friend. My practice isn't as consistent as it used to be pre motherhood. I rarely have time to myself let alone go to class (ah what a luxury I so took for granted!) My practise is only self practise at the moment and I fit it in whenever and wherever I can. Sometimes I only manage a few minutes a day. But it's ok- that is where I am at right now and life is good! I am blessed!" - Yasmine
