"My practice consists of mainly preparatory stretches to open surrounding muscles of the Shoulder Joint and Hip/Lower Back/ Hip Flexors. I spend lots of time working on isolating specific muscles that need attention. I am focused on advancing into poses that are within reach and that challenge me. I love where I am in my personal practice in that I know what I need to work on. Yoga and stretching are a ritual that brings me into aligning my Body, Mind, Spirit."         - Wayne
